When Michael first started, he made house calls with nothing but a toolbox and a commitment to doing things right. Today, while we've grown to serve over 3,100 happy customers across MetroWest Massachusetts — from Natick and Wellesley to Marlborough and Hopkinton — we've never lost sight of those values. Michael's son, James, now leads our team of certified technicians, each trained in the Harrison way.
